Shipping policy

Delivery (English below)
We deliver with PostNord in Denmark and in the rest of Europe via their partners - mainly DPD. You will receive an email from PostNord or a partner with tracking and information about any pickup. Please check your spam filter.
Delivery times may be longer than stated.

Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands):

• 39 kr. without delivery (self-pickup)
• 59 kr. with delivery

Free shipping to Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands) on purchases over DKK 450. Delivery time is 1-3 business days from dispatch.

We pack and ship as quickly as possible.

Rest of Europe:

Home- your package will be delivered to your door. If you are not at home, the post office will try to deliver again the next day or they will inform you where you can pick up the package. Depending on the destination.

Collect- you pick up at the designated post office or post box. The package must be picked up no later than 7 days after notification, after which it will be returned to us.

Home- your package is delivered to your door. If you are not at home, the courier will try to deliver the following day or they will inform you about where you can pick up the package. Depending on destination. The parcel is returned to us after one week if they are unable to hand it over to you. The cost is charged to us and we might have to charge you again if we need to re-send. We always try to keep an eye out and help you get your parcel, before it is returned.

Collect- you pick up at designated post office or post office box. Same as above with regards to returned parcels.
