Delivery is made with Post Nord in Denmark and with DPD in Europe (and their partners). You will receive an email from the carrier with tracking and pickup information. Please keep an eye on your spam filter.
Delivery time may be longer than stated. We pack and ship as soon as possible.
Remember to enter the correct address. If you are not registered at the address, please enter c/o person. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct.
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to business addresses, as we find that too often the package is signed for but does not reach the right recipient. A lost package is an unhappy situation for all parties and we prefer to create joy.

You can choose between Home and Collect:
Home - Here your package is delivered to your door. If you are not at home, the post office will try to deliver again the next day or they will inform you where you can pick up the package. Depending on the destination.
Collect - you pick up at the designated post office or PO box. Collection must be made within 7 days, otherwise the package will be returned to us. See further under Terms and conditions.

Estonia (4-5 business days) - Home: 195 KR / Collect: 175 KR - Half price Collect delivery on orders over 750 KR (approx. €100) and free Collect delivery on orders over 1,500 KR (approx. €200).
Finland (4-5 business days) - Home: 160 KR / Collect: 100 KR - Half price Collect delivery on orders over 750 KR (approx. €100) and free Collect delivery on orders over 1,200 KR (approx. €160).

All prices are in DKK (Danish Kroner). Divide by 7.46 to get the approximate amount in Euro. Exact amount depends on the current exchange rate.
