The amount will not be charged to your card until the goods are shipped from routine.dk. You can never deducted a larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Delivery charges for
Denmark (except Greenland and Faroe Islands):
- 39 kr. without delivery (self-pickup)
- 59 kr. with delivery
There is free shipping to Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands) for purchases over 450 kr.
We pack and ship as soon as possible.
Delivery is by Post Nord. Delivery time is 1-3 business days from dispatch.
POST NORD HOME (with distribution)
If you are not at home or have flex delivery, the package will be delivered at the nearest post office/parcel box. Post Nord notifies you and you have a week to collect the package. It will then be returned to us. As this happens at our expense, we may have to charge additional freight on re-sending. We will of course keep an eye on your package and contact you before any return.

BREXIT - We have temporarily closed deliveries to England and Scotland as a result of Brexit. Until we are sure of the new rules. We are sorry and hope to deliver again soon.
If you cancel your purchase (right of withdrawal)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop on routine.dk
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement on several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an email to [email protected]. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice of this.
Returning goods
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must incur the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed. Only items in unbroken original packaging are accepted.
Goods excepted right of withdrawal
We do not take back gift cards.
Repayment of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, we will of course refund the amount you paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 8 days from the date on which we received the goods back. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

What should I send back?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice.
Note! We do not accept packages sent COD.
If there is something wrong with the product (warranty)
The deficiency rules of the Danish Purchase Act may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop on routine.dk of course you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money back or discounted in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour. In this regard, be aware of the limited durability after opening specified on the product.
How soon should I complain?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.
Note! We do not receive packages sent per demand or similar.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at routine.dk, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.
When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. No information other than the information you provide is collected.
Your name and address are used for billing in our accounting system economics, which our auditor has access to.
Your information will never be disclosed to 3. party and you can contact us at any time and ask to be deleted from our system.
Your information will be deleted from routine.dk if you have not shopped with us for more than 2 years.
