Shipping policy

Levering (english below)
Vi leverer med PostNord i Danmark og i resten af Europa via deres samarbejdspartnere - hovedsageligt DPD. Du vil modtage en email fra PostNord eller partner, med tracking og information om evt. afhentning. Hold gerne øje med dit spam filter. 
Leveringstiden kan være længere end angivet. 

Danmark (undtagen Grønland og Færøerne):

  • 39 kr. uden omdeling (selvhenter)
  • 59 kr. med omdeling

Der er gratis forsendelse til Danmark (undtagen Grønland og Færøerne) ved køb for over 450 kr. Leveringstiden er 1-3 hverdage fra afsendelse.

Vi pakker og sender hurtigst muligt.

Resten af Europa:

Se priserne under 'Fragt Europa'. 

Home - her leveres din pakke til døren. Hvis du ikke er hjemme, vil posten forsøge at aflevere igen dagen efter eller de vil informere om hvor du kan afhente pakken. Alt efter destination.

Collect - du afhenter på anvist posthus eller postboks. Pakken skal afhentes senest 7 dage efter advisering, herefter returneres den til os.

Delivery
We deliver with PostNord in Denmark and with their partners in the rest of Europe - mainly DPD. You will receive an email from PostNord or partner with trackning and information on pick-up, if that option is chosen. Please keep an eye on your spam filter.
The lead time may be longer than specified. 

Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands):
DKK 39 without distribution (self pick-up)
DKK 59 with distribution
There is free shipping to Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands) for purchases above DKK 450. The delivery time is 1-3 business days from dispatch.

We will pack and ship as soon as possible.

Home - your package is delivered to your door. If you are not at home, the courier will try to deliver the following day or they will inform about where you can pick up the package. Depending on destination. The parcel is returned to us after one week, if they are unable to hand it over to you. The cost is charged to us and we might have to charge you again if we need to re-send. We always try to keep an eye out and help you get your parcel, before it is returned.

Collect - you pick up at designated post office or post office box. Same as above with regards to returned parcels.
